Dear customers living abroad, thank you for your patience! You can now place orders for toolbox products from overseas.

Until now, toolbox products were only available for domestic shipping within Japan.

“I wanted to order from abroad, but I couldn’t…”
“I’d love to use toolbox products, but I have no opportunity to visit Japan…”

In response to requests from customers living overseas, we are pleased to announce the launch of our international shipping service.

For this new service, we have partnered with Jalan Japan, a company with extensive expertise in international shipping.

With a proven track record of shipping products from over 100 Japanese brands worldwide, Jalan Japan handles everything from daily essentials to large furniture items, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.

Thanks to Jalan Japan’s expertise, we can now offer affordable international shipping rates.

We are committed to delivering toolbox products safely to customers worldwide.

Placing an order is simple. Follow the steps below:

Browse the toolbox website and choose the product(s) you wish to purchase.
Each product page provides detailed descriptions, specifications, sizes, and colors.
Please ensure you review all necessary details before placing an order.

Note:
・Product descriptions, specifications, and notices are written in Japanese only.
・We recommend having someone who understands Japanese review the details.
・If you have any questions, please contact us via the inquiry form.

It is also possible to order multiple items at once.
For bulk orders, we can arrange consolidated shipping—please contact us via the inquiry form.

Once you have decided on the product(s), please submit an inquiry form.
Your inquiry will be forwarded to Jalan Japan, and they will respond accordingly.

・The product price will be the standard price listed on our website.
・We will suggest the most suitable shipping method (air or sea freight, depending on the product).
・Once the shipping method is determined, the shipping cost will be finalized.

・Payments can be made via credit card.
・If needed, international wire transfer (TT) can also be arranged.

・Your order will be shipped to your specified address.
・You will receive tracking information from Jalan Japan once your package is shipped.

Important:
If the package arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and report the issue to the shipping carrier immediately.

Customs Duties & Taxes
・Customs duties must be paid by the recipient according to the import regulations of each country.

Shipping of Fragile Items
・We accept orders for fragile items like tiles, but we cannot guarantee against breakage.
・We recommend ordering extra quantities to account for potential breakage during transit.

Products Not Eligible for International Shipping
The following items cannot be shipped overseas:
・Plumbing equipment (faucets, range hoods, gas stoves)
・Electrical appliances (lighting, bulbs, switches)
・Liquid substances (paints, etc.)
・Products containing magnets
・Large items exceeding 3 meters in total dimensions

Special Handling for Large & Fragile Items
・Special packaging options such as pallet shipping or wooden crate packing are available upon request.
・Additional shipping costs and extended handling time may apply.

Shipping Restrictions
・While we strive to ship worldwide, some destinations may be restricted due to international regulations or political situations.
・Please understand that certain shipping limitations may apply.

これまでtoolboxの商品は日本国内のみの配送でした。

「海外からも注文したいのに、注文ができなくて残念……。」
「toolboxの商品を使ってみたいけれど、日本に行く機会がない……。」

そんな海外にお住まいのお客様からのご要望を受け、toolboxの海外配送サービスをスタートすることになりました。

今回のサービス開始にあたり、海外配送に強い「ジャランジャパン」 をパートナーに迎えました。

ジャランジャパンは、100社を超える日本ブランドの商品を海外発送している実績があり、
日用雑貨から家具のような大物まで幅広い配送ノウハウを持っています。

また、ジャランジャパンの強みを生かし、リーズナブルな送料での配送を実現しました。

toolboxの商品を、安心して世界中のお客様にお届けします。

ご注文の流れはシンプルです。下記の流れに沿ってお願います。

toolboxのサイト内から、ご希望の商品をお選びください。
商品ページには、詳細な説明や仕様、サイズ、カラーなどが記載されています。
ご注文前に必要な情報を十分にご確認ください。

※商品の説明や仕様、注意書きなどは、すべて日本語で記載されています。日本語を理解できる方に、内容をご確認いただくことを推奨します。不明点がある場合は、フォームにてお問い合わせください。

また、複数の商品をまとめてご注文いただくことも可能です。
その場合、一括配送のご相談も承りますので、フォームにてご連絡ください。

欲しい商品を決定されましたら、フォームからその旨をお問い合わせいただきます。
お問い合わせいただくことで「ジャランジャパン」に連絡がつながり、ジャランジャパンから返答が届きます。

商品価格は通常価格となります。
配送方法については商品に合わせ、空便・船便など、最適な方法を提案させていただきます。
配送方法が決まり次第送料が確定いたします。

クレジットカード決済でお支払いいただけます。
ご希望があれば、TT（国際電子送金）などの支払い方法についてもご相談いただけます。

ご指定の住所に商品が届きます。お受け取りをよろしくお願いします。

また、配送の進捗状況については、ジャランジャパンより追跡情報をご案内いたします。

※受け取り時、商品の外装が破損している場合は、その場で受け取りを拒否し、配送業者に報告してください。

※関税について
関税は、ご購入者様の現地払いとなります。各国の関税ルールに基づいて、お支払いいただくことをご了承ください。

※割れ物の配送について
タイルなどの割れ物も注文をお受けしますが、割れないことを保証するものではありません。必要数よりも多めにご注文いただくなどの対応をおすすめします。

※対応不可の商品について
・水栓・レンジフード・ガスコンロなどの設備機器
・照明・電球・スイッチなどの電気機器
・塗料などの液体物
・マグネットを含む商品
・3辺合計3mを超える大型商品
上記該当商品は、海外への配送はお断りしています。

※大物、割れ物の特別対応について
パレット積み、木枠梱包など、ご要望に応じて対応可能です。ただし、特別対応となりますので、追加送料と作業日数を要します。

※基本的に世界中への配送に対応していますが、国際情勢の影響や各国の輸入規制により、配送が制限される場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
